The Chillicothe Correctional Center encourages female offenders to reflect on the harm caused by their criminal behavior through participation in reparative activities. Not-for-profit agencies and victims statewide received reparative products and services. Approximately 150 female offenders participate in the CCC Restorative Justice Program and provide more than 12,000 volunteer hours of service a year

2014 Quilt Challenge
Red and White Fabric
The red and white must be the DOMINANT color.
May add up to three accent colors.
1. This challenge is open to all members of the quilt guild.
2. The quilt must have red and white as the main color of fabric. You may add up to three accent colors.
3. May be any size or shape. (quilt, wall hanging, throw, table runner, etc.)
4. Only one entry per member.
5. A fabric label must be sewn on the back of your entry containing your name and date completed.
6. All entries must be turned in at the guild meeting the month prior to the month of the quilt show. At that meeting the entries will be displayed and judged by fellow members. The first three winners will form the Challenge Committee for the following year.
7. All entries will be on display at the Annual Quilt Show.
8. First place winner will receive $50 cash; second place, $30 cash; and third place $20 cash.
